professionals and has since developed into a full-fledged
Professional Firm. Our Services currently cover

Consultancy Services, and Professional Accounting &
Taxation services.
In the Corporate
Finance front, SmartOffice has also been an active player.
It has been involving in exploiting several potential IPO
Leads from China, Hong Kong and Europe. In 2008, it
has entered into a joint-venture agreement with Singapore
Business Intermediary Pte. Ltd. with the objective to take
care of the capital and fund raising needs of small and
medium enterprises in Singapore. |
