Through its corporate finance arm, ULC Capital, SmartOffice works with its partners in China and Hong Kong to provide consultancy services in private equity investment, fund raising, venture capital, corporate restructuring and initial public offering activiites.

Kowloon Club

Being an active member of Kowloon Club, we are very often invited to participate in its activities.  Our CEO acts as business advisor to the Club and had been invited as speaker for the Club's seminars. The latest one, Entrepreneur Seminar - Trading, was arranged by the Club's Trade & Industries Group.
